Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the StreamCache Media service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

StreamCache provides edge delivery and caching for content you are authorised to distribute. We may update features over time; we will not materially reduce core functionality without notice.

2. Acceptable use

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend traffic that threatens the stability or security of the network.

3. Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly in arrears based on measured usage. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Availability

We target the availability stated in our SLA. Service credits, where applicable, are your sole remedy for missed targets.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or material breach.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, save where mandatory law provides otherwise.
